Coffee is a common ingredient in our Northwest lifestyle. We value hard work and our community. It is that simple. The North by Northwest family wanted coffee with one ingredient. We found it and we want to share it.
Quality
We produce and roast in small batches to ensure that quality is not compromised. We do it this way to maintain the flavor origin of our beans and keep our footprint minimal.

Our beans are roasted with artisan practice and care. We manually control the roast in an aged cast drum. Proudly roasted in the Willamette Valley, Silverton Oregon.
